Hi, I'm Captain Kathy.

I’m an Associate Broker and Realtor®, licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina for over eight years. I’m also a Master Captain with more than 16 years of experience leading dolphin and nature tours, as well as beach‑combing adventures around Hilton Head Island.

I’m proud of every title I hold—they’re the result of years of study, dedication, and hands‑on experience. Each one reflects my commitment to learning and to serving others well.

Out on the water, my mission is simple: give my guests an unforgettable experience while keeping their safety at the forefront. I want them to return to the dock feeling relaxed, informed, and genuinely glad they spent time with me.
